Privacy policy

Zoworker gives small businesses AI employees that help with customers, social media, marketing, finance and staff. This page explains, in plain words, what information we keep, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Who we are

Zoworker ("we") runs the website zoworker.com and the Zoworker app. Businesses that sign up ("owners") use Zoworker to answer their customers, take bookings, publish social media posts, keep simple books and manage staff files and payroll. For a business's customers, that business decides how their information is used, and Zoworker handles it on the business's behalf.

What we keep

  • Your account: your name, email address and password (stored scrambled, we can't read it).
  • Your business profile: business name, type, location, contact details, services, prices, opening hours, staff names and schedules, logo, brand colours and photos you upload.
  • Customer conversations: WhatsApp messages between your customers and your AI Receptionist, and the customer's phone number and name as shown on WhatsApp.
  • Bookings: appointment details such as the service, time, staff member and the customer's name and number.
  • Social media: when you connect Facebook and Instagram, the name and ID of your Facebook Page and Instagram account, a key that lets Zoworker post for you (stored encrypted), the posts and captions we prepare and publish, and comments on your recent posts with the replies you send.
  • Finance: receipts and invoices you upload or forward, expenses, your own invoices and customers (name, mobile, address, tax number), payments, cheques and daily takings.
  • Staff and HR: staff names, job details, salaries, leave, document details and expiry dates, and copies of documents you choose to upload (such as visas, Emirates IDs and passports). Staff bank account numbers (IBANs) for the salary file are stored encrypted and only ever shown as the last 4 characters.
  • Connected services: when you connect Zoho Books, Xero or Google Analytics, a key that lets Zoworker use them for you (stored encrypted) and the information we read from them.
  • Billing: your plan, team and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach us.
  • Technical records: basic logs (like the time of a request) that keep the service safe and working.

We never ask for or keep card numbers, and we don't keep card or bank numbers printed on receipts. The only bank details we keep are the staff IBANs you enter for the salary file, stored encrypted.

Why we use it

  • To provide the service you asked for: answering customers, booking appointments, planning and publishing your posts, reading receipts, preparing invoices, reports, salary sheets and reminders.
  • To keep your account secure and to fix problems.
  • To contact you about your account, for example alerts when a customer needs you.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Facebook and Instagram

If you connect Facebook and Instagram, Zoworker only uses that access to see which Pages and Instagram accounts you chose, and to publish the posts you approve, and to read the comments on your recent posts so we can suggest replies (sent only when you approve them). We keep those comments, with the commenter's public name, to show you. We don't read your private messages or your friends' information. You can disconnect at any time from the Posts page in Zoworker, or in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.

How we use AI

Zoworker uses artificial intelligence (AI) to read messages, receipts and documents and to write replies, posts, reports and summaries. We only send the AI the information needed for each task. AI can make mistakes, so please check its work before you rely on it (see our disclaimer).

Who helps us run Zoworker

We use trusted service providers, who may only use the information to provide their service to us:

  • Supabase: database, login and file storage.
  • Vercel: hosting for the website and app.
  • Anthropic (Claude): the AI that writes replies, captions and plans. Anthropic doesn't use this data to train its models.
  • Meta: WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, to send messages and publish posts.
  • Stripe: subscription payments.
  • Zoho, Xero and Google: only if you connect them, to record expenses, read invoices or read website visits.

These providers may store information outside your country, for example in Australia, Europe or the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, invoices).

Keeping it safe

Each business can only see its own information. Connection keys are encrypted. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

Your choices

You can see and change most of your information in Zoworker. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. See how to delete your data. If you're a customer of a business that uses Zoworker, you can also ask that business directly.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and tell owners about important changes.

Email imranprojects@gmail.com and we'll reply within 5 working days.
